is stocked with ample tools and supplies. The ranch

men's and ladies' dormitories. The manager's accommodation
is very comfortable and was built with attention to
quality.

addition, there is a building dedicated to employee
ralaxation, recreation and meetings - a great morale
booster for the staff. The lodge is in excellent condition
and is large enough for guest dining, meetings and staff
activities. There is also an elegant opera house that
is perfect for entertaining and dancing. The general
store has an antique soda machine and snack bar that
adds character as well as functionality.
Thsi
guest ranch provides great access to exciting hikes
through the San Juan Mountain forests and surrounding
areas. There is also trap shooting, a rifle range and
an archery range. Horseshoe pits, volleyball and basketball
courts perfect for outdoor sports. Ski boat at Navajo
Lake State Park (about 45 miles away) where kids and
families can spend a day at the lake power tubing or
water skiings. Those sho prefer more relaxed leisure
time will enjoy the hot tub and heated pool. Easy access
to an abundance of off-ranch activities including Durango
Mountain Ski Resort, the Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge
Railroad, world-class golf courses, rafting on the Animas
